Avery Blum Music & Film Complex, Annandale-on-Hudson, NY - Preparation of mechanical, electrical, lighting and plumbing design documents for complete rehabilitation of Avery, a 17,000 square foot Dance Department building, for conversion into a new Film Department. The project included the mechanical rehabilitation of Blum, a 7,800 square foot Music Department building, and construction of a new 17,400 square foot structure to provide additional practice rooms and recording studio.

CRM Rental Management Apartment Complexes, Rome, NY - Evaluation of the heating systems at seven apartment complexes managed by CRM Rental Management, Inc. (more than 702 total units) and prepared designs to convert all units from electric to gas heat.

Office Building at 3 Corporate Drive, Clifton Park, NY - Provision of mechanical and electrical design documents for a new 40,000 square foot office building for Abele Builders.  The building utilizes premium efficiency rooftop units with Carrier 3V controls and economizer, or “free cooling”, capability.  Novus also designed the cooling system for a server room in the building owned by Google.
